Advises for most common diseases

Practice yogasana/pranayama as a supplement to your medical treatment. Before starting exercises consult your physician.

Digestive system and skin:

The skin is the mirror of digestive health.  Diseases such as dermatits, fungal skin infections, eczema, psoriasis, or urticaria are often found to be related  to significant digestive problems, food intolerances or parasites. Chronic itch, without a skin rash is most commonly caused  by liver toxicity. When these issues are methodically identified and treated, the skin problems improve .

General recommendations for skin health:

Surya namaskara every morning, bhastrika, kapalbhati and nadi shodhana pranayama, varun mudra. Shatkarmas: Jala neti, vamana kriya and shankhprakshalana. Spend at least one hour in a day for relaxation  or meditation. Diet: light vegetarian diet, rich with juices, fruits and vegetables. Oils, sweets, refined, fried and spicy food should be avoided and salt and dairy foods restricted. Raw food diet for 5-7 days. Avoid constipation, keep the digestive system clean.

Urinary tract disorders and reproductive system:

Urinary tract disorders (including chronic cystitis) can be cured by practicing 3 shatkarmas which were mentioned before and regular exercises. Yogic management of urinary tract disorders aims to restore depleted energy in the urinary tract. When this underlying deficiency is corrected, infections can no longer gain foothold in the urinary passage.
